The service

CitedLink reads data from accounts you connect, crawls pages you point it at, and asks AI engines the prompts you configure. It reports what it found. Rankings move for many reasons; a change after a link is a measurement, never a proof of cause.

Your account

You need a Google account with access to the Search Console properties you connect. You are responsible for having the right to connect them. One person per account; agencies get seats on the Agency plan.

Billing

Plans and engine add-ons bill monthly through Stripe, in advance, prorated when you change them mid-month. Cancel any time from the Billing page; the plan runs to the end of the paid period. Refunds for the current period on request within seven days of the charge.

Fair use

Do not point the crawler at pages you have no business checking, and do not use the checker to load-test other people's servers. We rate-limit and may suspend accounts that do.

Changes

We will email account holders at least fourteen days before a price change takes effect.
