What we store

Your Google account email and name, so you can sign in. A refresh token for Search Console and Analytics, encrypted at rest, so the daily pull can run without you. The Search Console rows (page, query, date, clicks, impressions, position) and Analytics referral rows for the sites you connect. The links you add and what our crawler found on the linking pages. The prompts you track and the answers the AI engines returned.

What we do with it

We show it back to you and send you a weekly summary. We do not sell it, share it with other customers, or use it to train anything. Aggregate, anonymized counts (for example, how often a directory produced a counted link across all sites) may appear in the product.

Who else sees it

Cloudflare hosts the application. Stripe handles payment; we never see card numbers. Resend delivers email. The prompts you track are sent to OpenAI, Perplexity, Anthropic and a search data provider when the matching engine is switched on for a site; nothing else about your account goes to them.

Deleting

Remove a site and its rows are deleted. Delete your account from the Account page and everything goes, including the refresh token. You can also revoke CitedLink from your Google account permissions at any time.
